Industrial Middle-sized Businesses
The success of middle-sized companies is often closely connected to the personality at the head of the company, not least when it comes to making important human resource decisions. Entrepreneurs have a keen sense of dedication and the will to succeed in others. They are looking for individuals who not only have very similar business objectives, but also take a compatible approach to their work: They are always geared toward the customer, have expert knowledge and are quick, pragmatic and prepared to take risks.
We know the way these companies work and think and understand what is required of leaders who are able to meet these demands and prove their worth in a medium-sized company environment. We have been advising the owners and management of middle-sized companies in the placement of key positions and effective succession planning for decades.
