Health Care
Cost pressures and a shortage of doctors are closely linked. This means for hospitals and their recruitment that they need to stand out against the competition by employing managers who suit the specific work environment, the culture of the funding organisation and the challenges the sectors brings with it.
Over many years we have built up trusting relations with hospital organisations, clinics and nursing homes run by church, public and private institutions. In order to place medical professionals in a market in short supply, we approach up to several hundred potential candidates in order to arouse interest, also abroad. We endeavour to ensure a personal touch and win potential candidates over and ensure utmost confidentiality as required for all parties involved. Our consulting aim in the individual support of institutional organisations and candidates is to minimise the risk involved in making human resource decisions.
